Dispute with landlord – commercial premises. UK. Now he’s blocked access.?

I hope someone can help. I rent some premises from a farmer and run a very small gardening business from there. We argued yesterday when I told him I wanted to move out – he doesn’t mind me moving out but he does have a problem with the amount of rent I owe. We don’t have any lease agreement, all done on ‘goodwill’ and I said I wouldn’t pay the full outstanding amount (4 months) due to the terrible state of the premises. Arrived this morning to get my truck and he’s parked farm machinery in front and I can’t even open the doors to get in or out, so can’t go about my business today.
What can i do?

Yes it’s odd how a tennant will happily rent a place then start going on about the state it when they no longer wish to pay rent.
